Hello There!
Who am I?
My name is Allena, and I am a Sales Executive, Digital Marketer, and Customer Success Manager living in Panama.
I also happen to be an entrepreneur, the mom of an 8-year-old, and a hooman to 2 fat cats.
I love to learn new things, do lots and lots of research, and watch TED Talks.
A bit of my experience?
I’ve been working for US Companies for the last 12 years, performing a variety of positions that can range from Customer Support Representative, all the way to Business Development Manager, and I even had my own business from 2017 until 2022.
My native language is Spanish, but I’ve always worked in English as my first language (it’s more comfortable at this point).
After stumbling upon Sales (by accident), I started applying my CSM experience to sales meetings and calls to convert clients into customers.
I increased revenue in various roles and became a TOP Seller in most of them.
What am I looking for?
I am currently looking for my next position in Digital Marketing and/or Sales (I’d love to mix and match). Preferably in a company related to Saas or Tech.
Since I am not that young anymore (30 and counting), I’ am actively looking to bond with the right company and develop a long and healthy relationship of at least 5 years.
It does not have to be a corporation, but it has to have a great culture and support its teams to develop and grow as professionals.

Hobbies and Fun Facts
I am a balanced mix between ”Let’s Be Social” and ”Netflix and Chill”.
As a single child I was trained to do thing alone, but enjoy working on a team and get to know new people.
My hobbies are:
Cooking, Cleaning (with extremely loud music), and Reading.

I was a Runway model for almost 10 years (A long long time ago).
Where do I see myself in 5 years?
Always keeping up with new tech and books in those areas (and many others of my interest).
I’ll spend my weekends and vacations at the beach with my family, and enjoy the life of a Digital Nomad.
